mango chutney 
Ingredients 
3 cups diced mango 
1/2 cup finely dice red onion 
1/3 cup brown sugar 
4 cloves of garlic minced  
2 thumbs of ginger grated
3 tbspn white wine vinegar 
pinch sea salt 
mETHOD
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM-LOW HEAT. PUT A LID ON & COOK FOR 30 MINUTES STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. STORE IN A SEALED CONTAINER. 
GOES GREAT WITH CURRY'S OR USE IT AS PART OF OUR BAA BAA BURGER !
