Crazy easy crunchy carrots

Ingredients
 
4 large carrots 
2 tspn runny honey 
1 tbspn chopped fresh parsley 
 
Method 
Pour a splash of rapeseed oil on a frying pan & place on a med heat. wash then top & tail carrots. leave the skin on & chop in to 1/4 (1/6 for bigger carrots) put in pan drizzle over honey & toss carrots, season & add parsley. cook for 7 mins until golden. serve
